Orders ship after production and handling. Standard delivery is shown at checkout and is typically estimated at 3-7 business days once in transit.

Returns
For launch capsules and made-to-order style pieces, contact client care before returning anything. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Sizing
Product pages include fit notes. Heavyweight tees use a boxy fit; BNG hoodies and lounge pieces are intended to sit relaxed.
Sold out pieces
Sold out objects remain visible as part of the archive but cannot be checked out.
Payments
Checkout is handled through Stripe. Kazos never stores card details on the site.
Studio tools
The studio area is internal-facing for mockups, creative tools, and motion work.
